New transfer pricing documentation regulation in The Netherlands

On January 1st 2016, The Netherlands introduced more stringent transfer pricing documentation regulations for multinational companies with operations in The Netherlands. With this legislation, The Netherlands implemented Action 13 from the OECD’s Base Erosion and Profit Shifting ( hereinafter : BEPS) package.

HLB member firms of the Netherlands and Germany present together at IFA regional meeting

On 23rd of April Thomas Kipka Marc Lichtenberg (both HLB Van Daal & Partners) and Bert Nannen (HLB Nannen) presented the Dutch R&D Tax incentives to member of the IFA regional group and interested clients. This event was hosted by HLB Dr. Schumacher und Partner in Münster, Germany.

Since Germany lacks R&D tax incentives the focus of the presentation has been put on the possibilities that exist for German clients…

ASTORA Women’s Health

Astora Women’s Health needed the support of HLB International’s global services in the 7 European countries, where she has companies or branches. HLB Van Daal & Partner coordinated the European accounting and tax compliance for Astora Women’s Health from their office in the Netherlands together with Mr. David Carrion from Spain.
